I have to disagree with the other comments... He is clear in the concepts, repeats and answers questions whenever they are raised. The material IS difficult if you have no experience with networking. Course takes 3+ hours/week HW + 2 projects.

Ott is an absolutely attrocious professor. He is rude and doesn't care about his students learning. He expects everyone to already understand material that he doesn't teach. His heavy accent and messy handwriting doesn't help much either.
