If you have never seen programming before he sucks at explaining it, he assumes you already know things that you dont. He is also very very boring. However the tests are fairly easy, but the programming was difficult- im sure he's fine for upper level classes but for intro, try to get someone else maybe Mitra

The guy is brilliant at thinking off the top of his head. NEVER touches the textbook. He gives you a lot of the programming to start with, you just have to make it work. I had no trouble with the class, but i'm pretty good at programming. If i were really lost with the material, i'm not sure i would feel the same. He has a mild accent, not bad.

I liked the class and the concepts. He's a good teacher who can lecture from his head, showing you he knows whats he's talking about. True, if you stayed up late and he's talking, you will get bored and sleepy, but he makes concepts clear. A++!
