A lot of people like to talk**** but he is a very brilliant man. He doesn't have time for ****, or inspired freshmen parched for knowledge. But he is a good teacher, and no matter what, if you follow his advice, you will learn in his class... and make a lot of friends you will have fun bashing him with.

Seriously, Freshmen, this cannot be emphasized enough: if you end up stuck with this guy, befriend drop/add IMMEDIATELY. All the negative ratings are absolutely 100% TRUE, he's a pompus joke who relishes in the fact that his class average is a low C/high D. Awful, awful prof.

DONT TAKE HIM and avoid taking his class as much as possible, i have never been so miserable in a class before, i do whatever i can to avoid going. text book is needed, you pretty much have to teach yourself from it, going to class doesnt help what so ever. He tricks you however he can and does whatever possibly to make you wrong and look stupid.

Run, for the love of God, run! The tests were hard as hell. I dropped it, picked up with another teacher, and did SOOO much better. Don't debate with him because he'll listen for about 10 seconds and then tell you you're wrong.

Everyone seemed to hate this guy but me! He was a jerk, true, but that made it fun. It was like listening to House teach Psychology. The tests were hard, but you could build up a decent amount of extra credit in class. If you read, you should do well. It helped me a lot having intro to psych in high school. Don't let him get to you; learn to laugh.

I had DiLorenzo freshman year and he is soooo hard. His tests are all situation based and are really confusing. The book is used a lot!!! I hope you like to read!!!! My advice...drop him and take someone else now!!!!!

This course really was not that bad!!! if you read the book before the test you'll do fine! make sure you read the small boxes in the chapters he gets a lot of questions from there. I cant believe how many people whined about this class...it took a little time but was an easy A. and he gave extra credit!

Freshman, you're in for a rude awakening if you take intro psyc with DiLorenzo. VERY difficult, even with reading and studying and he's an arrogant man who proudly boasts that his usual class average is around a 65. I would seriously recommend dropping his class if you're in it right now. There are TONS of better profs who teach psyc100

really not as bad as people say he is, if i had studied for any of the tests i would have done fine, for example i studied for hte final and got an 86 while the other 3 tests i didnt study for i failed each one.. and still got a C+ in the class, he's easy to handle if u get the xtra credit

He makes this class VERY difficult, in comparison to the average class, especially since its an intro class. You have to actually read the chapters around the deadlines so that you can get the much needed extra credit clicker questions. Class can be passed with flying colors if you actually read all the details.

I hate him! The forst day of class he told us we were all going to get fat and going to fail as freshman! What a great guy! You have to read to even pass an exam! Although he doesnt take attendance it helps to go because his exams are VERY hard! He is pretty much a jerk!
