Awesome professor. My favorite quotes were snatching defeat from the jaws of victory and we'll paint this in broad strokes. Quirky grading scale: 5 was the top score and then 1 and 0 were the lowest. 1 was an F with bravery and 0 was an F with cowardice. Meaning you either took the test or did the assignment, bravery, or didn't, cowardice.

Mr. Curry was my advisor from 1982-87 and I couldnt have asked for a better instructor or friend...our class went thru many changes and history together and Mr. Curry stood with us and guided our thoughts and hands on the controls of our destinies. Thank you Sir for being at the place and right time and with matching pairs of shoes
