The BEST teacher that I have had at LMU by far. OChem will be a challenge but she explains the concepts and reactions so that you will understand. She really pushes you and wants her students to do well, not only in her classes but in life. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.

Dr. Choe is by far the best o chem professor at LMU. Her lectures are always easy to follow. Although the material is hard and there is a lot to learn, she makes it easy to understand. Her test are very fair but still hard. She make ochem fun and tells funny stories.

Take Dr. Choe. She is hard, but she prepares you well. 4 tests and a 200 point final, drop the lowest test or 100 pts off the final if it is your lowest for 500 points possible for the class. No homework grade but you should do her handouts that she provides.

Choe is a great teacher. Lectures are fast, cover a lot of info, but she's really good at teaching such a difficult subject. Very important to go to class. If you go to class, do her hw sheets and assigned book problems and study, you'll do good. Ppl say she's the hardest, but she is no doubt the best

Clear and extensive lectures that prepare you will enough to get an A on her exams. However, she is not the most approachable teacher so you really have to be on top of the material. If you want a professor who is more helpful out of class take McCallum.

Taking professor Choe is like seeing chemistry in a whole new, rather more interesting, light. Moves at an incredible pace but is very helpful in clearing up questions. Her lectures are also entertaining as she's somewhat of a stand-up. Does her best to make a difficult course easy. As much as i hate to say it I'm going to miss organic chemistry.

Dr Choe moves through the material very fast. She makes the lecture very interesting as long as you can follow at her pace. 3 midterms, 1 final and no extra points to pad your grade. I don't mind lecture but the exams are much harder than what we go over in class so I struggled to succeed.

Incredible teacher, don't take anyone else. She should be teaching at an Ivy league school (some of her test questions come from them). You'll definitely feel prepared for the o chem portion of the MCAT

Dr. Choe is the best professor I have had at LMU. She really wants you to understand and absorb the material. It is a very hard class. Go to office hours!!!!! She makes class fun. She helps you with any question. She is a very nice lady. I cannot wait to be in her class next semester. 4 tests. drops one.

She is awesome in class. She is fun and makes the class as entertaining as possible. Her tests are very difficult but she grades nicely and there is a large curve (I think it might be the same for all tho). Not extremely helpful outside of class and MOODY, but her class fills up fastest for a reason.

she seems really passionate about the subject. HOWEVER, dont be fooled by her perky character that she has in class. During office hours, she seems to only help her "favorites" (which she has), and wants to rush you out. Other than that, shes good!
