One of my favorite teachers at BU. He's a boss. Worked at Gillette, made bank, now is working at BU just because he loves teaching. Really great guy and so glad I got to meet him.

The easiest teacher ever but don't take him if you want to learn anything at all. He's really a nice guy but a horrible teacher. He's senile and doesn't understand a lot of things. He gets confused easily and tries to teach you about "tweeter" and "the youtube." DO NOT TAKE. Not worth the money. Once again, I won't deny he's a sweetheart though.

Prof. Dwyer is the man. captain bu hockey 1954. didn't really go over the material but i valued what he was saying more so i didn't really care. Hes the coolest guy if you are able able to fallow what he is talking about. Hes a good grader and its hilarious watching him try to use a computer. take him you'll love it

Dwyer prides himself as being "not an academic". What he means is that he's not very smart. His "real-world" stories will get hackneyed by the second week. In a time where corporate social responsibility is at its height in importance, he's still saying "It's all about the dollah bill baby" to elicit laughs. Great guy; poor teacher.

Although he's a nice guy with good stories, he's completely useless as far as learning the material goes. He doesn't prepare you well for the exam at all. You might as well just zone out in class and do the reading then, because the stuff he covers is a waste of time.

good teacher, and makes class interesting. However, he will screw you over really bad with your grade. he doesnt curve the class at all and even if you get A's on the exams you wont get an A or even A- in his class. pretty infair grader overall.

Dweyer was my favorite professor in Core. He is funny and laid back but professional when students present. Sometimes it felt like I wasn't learning, but I realized he actually taught us everything we needed for the test. Watch out for his Captain Morgan pose. "You're in fat city, baby."

he made waking up at 8am for the dreaded core a lot better. He has a lot of entertaining stories about his successful business days & always willing to joke with us. He is right when he says he is not an academic, which is great but sometimes he is unclear. He also wants mini powerpoints like every day..kinda lame! Always willing to talk about beer

I love Dwyer and this class! He is so funny and anti-academics that is makes class realaxed. You actually do learn in this class though, his real-world experience is a plus and he cuts out the BS. I loved this class so much that I actually looked forward to going every week. No tests either. Detailed project counts for most of the grade.

Was not looking forward to this class after all I heard about it. Thought Dwyer would be really strict but turns out he's anti-academics, which makes him awesome! He'd be the perfect grandfather. He makes class fun and although I didn't really like the subject that much, he made it bearable.

He teaches what we need to know and cuts out a lot of the **** that is organizational behavior. A big fan of students rights. One of the best profs to have for OB cuz either way you don't learn anything... at least have fun during the Thurs 6-8.
