Best professor I've had at Calvin in my four years here. He really goes out of his way to make sure students learn the info we need to know. Though the material can be dry,it was presented in many ways to keep us engaged.On our major project, he was beyond helpful as well,which made it super easy.The best aspect though is his true care and passion!

Comment:

One of the nicest, most genuine men you will ever meet. He is like the grandpa/dad you always wanted. SO passionate about his work (even though it's boring). Not a hard class - but a lot of work and hard to stay awake in sometimes (but, c'mon - it's an Ed. class - what can you expect?) Take HIM if you can!

This guys an idiot. I'm all for special needs stuff, but this guy takes it to an extreme. Maybe it's just the class though- I havn't taken a worthwhile Ed. class yet. Not lenient at all about missing class either. Grades harder than other Ed. prof's also.
