Professor Kirk (used to be dingman) is such an amazing and intelligent person. There are weekly assignments that vary in difficulty and many of them end up helping with the final paper. She cancelled a lot of friday classes which was awesome. Some of her instructions can be a little unclearso just ask questions if needed and she will answer kindly

She really opens up the class for creativity. She gives you guidelines that will direct your project, but she also leaves room for individual self expression. Fantastic professor. I would take this class again in a heartbeat.

I love Dr. Dingman-Kirk! She is an amazing woman and truly cares about how students are doing and not drowning them in homework. I have taken this prof several times and do not regret it. If you can, take her!

Dingman is a wonderful professor. Don't let her easy-going attitude fool you, she's sharp as a tack! Her classes are typically discussion-based so get ready to talk, but if you read all the material that won't be too difficult. She never makes you feel stupid, but she does push you towards your potential.

Very sweet lady! She was very understanding when there was a miscommunication about an assignment, but a little scatterbrained at times. She makes the assignments very easy and gives students many ways to contact her and makes herself available for questions and concerns. A little hard to stay concentrated during her lectures though.

I love Professor Dingman. She's really interested in getting to know the students on a personal level and is incredibly kind and encouraging. I was a little unsure for the first few days with her, but then I started to understand more of who she is and I ended up loving her.

Dr. Dingman is always such an amazing and hilarious professor. My friend and I were always a few minutes late to class and she is not affected by this. Her weekly assignments vary difficulties but she allows you to make up assignments and she's always there for help. She understand you, and she cares for you. Always take her class, she is amazing!!

I definitely recommend this prof to anyone that isn't sure about APA format. Dr. Dingman assigns weekly homework assignments but they are all goaded towards the final research paper. Easy A is you do all of the work. She's very understanding and helpful.

DO NOT BUY YOUR BOOKS BEFORE SEMESTER STARTS. SHE WILL PUT THE "REQUIRED" TEXTBOOKS YOU'LL NEED FOR THE SEMESTER ON THE SYLLABUS AND THEN NOT HAVE YOU USE IT. WASTE OF MONEY! Dingman's class was extremely challenging. I felt as if she treated us like we had already received our doctorates. She was not clear, and was way behind on grading. She did not want to help me on simple errors that would have taken just a few minutes after class. Overall I was not pleased with her as a professor and would not recommend her.

She is so sweet! I have only taken one semester with her, but would take her again. She is clear on what she said, and if there is something you don't understand she will take time after class to help. I like that I can text her if I have a question. Overall I would recommend this professor!

I love Dr. Dingman! she is amazing! I took her 3 times @ CBU and every time has been great! she is super easy to get into contact with(she prefers text messaging) and she will clarify everything and anything! and if she feels like she was not clear on an assignment, she will even push back the due date! I HIGHLY SUGGEST HER TO EVERYONE!!!

Dr. Dingman is terrific! I was not interested in the subject AT ALL and she made me sooo fascinated with every aspect. She is PASSIONATE about what she teaches and extremely helpful. This course was great because there were only 2 essays the entire semester and otherwise consisted of lecture and four quizzes. GREAT course, VERY easy if you study!
