Linear algebra II. Not a tough course, and Luke was clear. Class average was horrible - lots of students from astronomy and physics didn't take the class seriously - they didn't study. If you go to class, do the homework, and put some effort into studying, you will score above 80% (good at math? An easy 95%+). Luke was solid, exactly as needed.

Luke is a great teacher, but the class average was super low. Reason: lots of students didn't belong in that level of a class, and it would be a disservice if the material was watered down to accommodate students missing prereqs, having garbage study habits, etc. Luke properly prepared us for further study, and for applications of the material.

Best prof I've ever had. Took his course in 2002, still use fundamental ideas I learned from him in my PhD research. Also very friendly and helpful. Anyone who didn't understand his class simply wasn't paying enough attention, and/or shouldn't have been there in the first place. He covers a tremendous amount of material in great detail and clarity.

i had an 88 at midterm when Victor Elias sadly had to leave us. at that time class attendance was at an all time high for classes ive been in. then Mr. Luke arrived. the unlearning process had begun. greens theorum *poof* triple integrals *poof* stokes theorum *poof* I WANT A REFUND RIGHT NOW PLEASE TREVOR LUKE OWES ME $598.00 plus my time back
