Comment:

She definitely makes you work hard for good grades. Getting all As in high school, this class was definitely a reality check and challenge for me. Beware, she does leave some redundant and rather harsh comments on discussion board posts, as well as responses to essays. I would not recommend this course.

Had her for an online class and she was always late on getting things back and opening the next week's assignments. You email her and she takes for ever to get back to you.

She is inconsistent when it comes to tasks for each week. She won't open each weeks module till the afternoon on Monday. It takes her over a month to grade the work. Which makes it hard to improve when you don't know you are doing something wrong. Also she rarely opens the quizzes till Friday, yet always "promises" they will open by Wednesday.

Trish was a great instructor for my online ENG111 course. The material was fair as long as you read the text and used the resources provided. The writing assignments aren't too difficult and Trish is there to help whenever needed. She considers herself your "coach" instead of professor which is accurate, as she is very helpful and encouraging.

I took British Literature from her and it was the easiest class ever! Minimal homework (1 quiz, 1 Discussion post, 2 comments per week). If I could have worked ahead I could have done this class in 2 weeks easily. The only down side is that she takes a long time to grade. It took 1 month before I got my first assignment graded.

Took British Lit online. There are 14 online quizzes and 15 discussion posts. You could choose one of the multiple readings to discuss and then comment twice on others posts. No tests. Course was pretty easy to get an A and transfers to meet English requirements at SVSU. All readings available online, no books.

I took this class online during the springsummer and it was easy, but you had a lot of reading to do. It was a interesting class, but Trish was not really reliable when i asked questions. I asked multiple questions and never got a reponse. Also she doesnt post grades in a timly manner. You have to wait weeks. Its very annoying!

The best teacher at Delta. She is easy to understand and makes class fun. She makes it interesting to the student and will give you all kinds of help if you just ask. I recommend her to anyone. I hope that I get her as a teacher again.

Excellent Teacher!! She is more than willing to help you if you communicate with her. The class is very easy if you come to class and do the Homework. The homework is not hard. You read sections in the textbook and answer questions. She teaches you skills that you don't even need to read the whole reading. Her writing assignments are easy also.
