Honestly, I have no idea why there are so many bad comments here. It's pretty shocking. I guess most people just want a free ride?? I think Trudy was very clear in all of her expectations. Do the homework, the readings, listen to her advice, and you will do well. This was my highest mark out of the 5 courses I did this past semester.

PROS: course content not boring, very practical for business-inspired students, Trudy always asks to apply legal tests to analyze facts and inspires you to think deeply. CONS: late feedback doesn't tip the scales in your favour at the end of the semester.

She's a really, really tough grader. Took the course online and found it super hard to get a grasp on what she wanted from us. She takes herself and the course really, really seriously to the point that it's a little ridiculous. This isn't an Intro to Law course, not when she's teaching it anyways. Avoid at all costs if you can.

It's law kids, do your readings. Interesting course content and Trudy cares aboutcha. She responds promptly online. The first assignment (not marked) offered a great chance to see her feedback going into the midterm.

Make sure you do the readings+every bit of her expectations when it comes to what she expects out of assignments/gradings. Being that this is an online class and she does minimal online announcements if at all - I've only seen her post in discussions. She answers emails promptly, but her policy is to post in threads if it benefits the class.

Awful professor very rude and gives little to no help or sympathy when it comes to a distance course. Do not take her if you have to wait a semester to finish your degree or take her class wait a semester because you will fail. Honestly had an awful experience in her course. DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS listen to these reviews and avoid her at all costs!

Absolute worst prof I've had at mun. She takes forever to give you back marks. Gives little to no response in both forums and emails. Hard marker with no feedback. (Both of which are essential in a distance course). Avoid at all costs.

She is unhelpful, and does not clearly explain what she expects/wants for the assignments and tests. It was a total shot in the dark for the individual assignment; I put a lot of effort into it, completing all the necessary steps she listed, while still receiving a mediocre grade. Avoid her at all costs!

I've taken some hard courses in my day Calc 1001, Physics 1051, but this one threw me for a loop. I think it is because the grading was not clear for the assignments/exams like she would say you didn't argue these 3 points of duty of care when you thought you did. Overall didn't really understand how she graded me, and she was harsh.

Absolutely terrible professor! Offered very little feedback throughout the semester and the mid-term was extremely difficult. She did, however, offer some hints as to the cases to be covered on the final. She expects that you serve as Judge, Jury, and Executioner when analyzing cases with little regard to the validity of your argument.

This was online course and she is not that bas as everyone says. Bottom line is that you will have to do the readings and know the important material which is actually stated in course contents and the questions are usually from there. Tricky but fair, the course is a little dry considering its law :)

HORRIBLE! I have never had a worse prof in my life. I usually get fairly good grades, but the marks I received for this course were ridiculous. I put so much effort into it with terrible results. Do not take this course with this prof. I have no idea how I could have possibly studied any harder or worked more. useless.

Passive aggressive to students. No new comments - just regurgitation of previous courses. Comments on tests were next to useless. I learned from reading the textbook - nothing the instructor did helped in the process. If taking BUSI4000, take it with somebody else! I didn't believe the comments - but I'm warning you now! Stay away!
