I took this professor several times and got A's in all his classes from hard work and effort. His tests are straight from the homework. If you pay attention in class and study, you will do well. I was never interested in either subject, and feel like I actually took some knowledge away from all of his classes. He is a fair teacher!

Please do not listen to negative reviews. Professor Tubene is a good professor and I found his lectures to be very clear. He always welcomed questions and provided examples. His tests come straight from homework and in-class lecture. Easy 5 pg research paper. Statistics is a hard subject but Dr. Tubene tries to make it easier. Take him!

no matter how much attention i paid, i could NOT follow this guy. always mumbling to the board, taught things that weren't going to be on a test before the test, not much help at all when i would speak to him after class. textbook was no help at all. take this class with someone else!

Statistical Regression is not an easy class. He follows the textbook, you need to make the effort to prepare. Given the subject his exams are more than fair. Pay attention and make the effort. It will be a good experience.
