This man is borderline retarded. I have not learned a single thing in this man's class. Anyone planning on taking it should stay away unless you just want to be confused. He will give you some facts and not explain why anything is what it is. Also, this man cannot spell to save his life. In short, he teaches topics that are totally incorrect.

Good teacher, great class. He's not very good on a personal, one-on-one level, but through the reading and by working out in the gym during class you will learn a lot about health and your personal exercise preferences. Very good for those who are serious about getting in shape.

Nice guy. Pretty relaxed. Changes his mind a lot. I wouldn't have picked him as my top choice. There is lecture for the 1st half and work out for the 2nd. His tests aren't easy but I guess they aren't hard. They are always 50 mult. choice. GIRLS: must be able to bench press about 70 lbs. -sorta hard
