Comment:

Professor Morrison is a great teacher. She has set her guidelines for the courses but she follows more specifically the time it takes her to explain a chapter. You still have to keep up the reading (a chapter per week50 pages). She is passionate about sports and would be willing to take her next semester.

This prof makes you think. I though sociology of sport would be an easy class but ended up learning a lot more than I thought I would. I'd take other classes with her.

Really interesting class. U NEED TO READ! She expects test answers to be almost exactly what's in the book so your better off staying home and reading. Class is useful for summaries of the readings. Read and you will do well

I've concluded that this person was either going thru real tough issues in her life or she just no longer cared. She missed two classes and was late for two. 2nd lecture she made herself unavailable, and man were those words ever true! No guidance. Students are on their own. No e-mailed will ever be acknowledged. Rather uninspiring experience.

Had her for Soci of sports. Ya her final is tough BUT the midterm was not. She gives you the topics and you practice writing about them at home with your notes and the book. Got 85% on the midterm. Her paper is also super easy. She loves the Habs and always uses hockey examples. I really enjoyed her class don't know why there's all this negativity.

This is quite possibly the worst class I have ever taken. I thought taking a class like sociology of sport would be the best elective ever, I was disapointed as of class one. The final was ridiculous, at least a tenth of the question were a propos she mentionned in class, you would actually do better in this class if you turn off your brain.

its was soci of sports, it's just she's so boring,no teaching just shows slides. Anyone can do her job. Half the profs at Concordia are useless,im used to that. the worst part about her is on exams, you have to copy paste her notes into your memory, if you get the right answer but in different words she'll give you like 1/10 for the question,brutal
