His exam is okay. Sometimes the questions are pretty difficult. Sometimes he is really mean when you ask him a question.

Bit of an accent, but once you get past that you realize he's very good at what he does. Makes concepts easy to understand. All you need to know are his slides, things he says in lecture are extra but help you understand it again. Highly recommend taking 202 with him.

Professor Citovsky was very clear in class. His lecture slides are concise and tell you exactly what you need to know. Capitalize on having him first and do really well on his exams because later on things will get tougher. Pay attention in class because he will tell you what to focus on for the exam. Overall, very fair. not out to fail everyone.

tests are very fair, he does not try to trick you. As long as you memorize the lecture notes, you will be able to answer the multiple choice without second guessing your answer. His section is MUCH easier then Erster's. I would definitely take another one of his BIO classes if he was teaching one.

Pretty good professor, got an accent but very thorough with the material on his slides. Just memorize slides, don't need the textbook at all. Hard to stay awake since the class is in the morning. Test questions are a bit tricky at time, but remember to understand concepts and how the physiology works!

Pretty cool professor. He's amusing to listen to when he explains himself. He wants to to understand basic concepts and not go crazy. Only drawback are his exams. His questions are more practical whereas his teaching methods explain basic concepts. Cool, dude overall. I'd toke up with him if I could.

I loved this guy! take his 8:30 am class with Brown--its much easier than the other sections, plus they're really nice. if u pay attention for the full 50 mins ull barely need to study. theyre both very clear and straight up, no surprises. plus no one goes to lecture to so averages r low!

no textbook required; all you have to do is study the lecture notes well. but then he already prepared the good lectures notes for you; Accents are not bad at all. and his test is fair in terms of what was taught in class

Good professor. Extremely clear notes, and his accent is not too bad at all. Tests ARE a bit tricky, but everything on there is in the notes. Just study the details in the notes and you'll be fine. You don't have to go to the awful early morning lectures since his notes are on blackboard which is great!

His lectures are very clear, detailed, and thorough. The pictures on the PowerPoint slides are so professional and understandable. He doesn't seem open to students asking questions though. But overall, the lectures and the tests were good.

Strong russian accent but easy to understand. Explains things very well, although he can get too repetitive at some points. He answers your emails within a day or two and his lecture powerpoint notes are clear (detailed, but clear). good prof, highly recommended.

He makes the material so understandable and simplistic, slides great, long test but not impossible, better than Dr.Brown. He explains very logically you have to think, unlike with Dr. Brown you have to memorize all without thinking.

Studied all his notes which he says is what his test are based on.. But they are alot trickier than u would expect. His answers also don't correspond to other Bio teachers answers, so you could argue. DO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE!

Great lecturer. Relatively strong Russina accent, but still easy to understand. Tests are pretty challenging, but by no means nothing impossible. Good lecture notes. Biggest problem w/BIO 202 are the labs; they take FOREVER. But Citovski was pretty good, and at times pretty funny.

his slides are great, he is very helpful but the tests tend to focus on a topic more than the others... he can say some really funny things occasionally. its not the easiest class ever but its definitely not impossible.
