i love hebrew, but this woman made it impossible for me to take the next level. her thoughts are not together at all and she can't convey what she is thinking. very confusing, but very nice. if you have no background in hebrew, i wouldn't recommend taking this class.

nice woman, but horrible teacher. unfortunately, she was the only teacher when i took hebrew, but she tried hard to allow everyone to understand the material. she has small classes so you get more personal attention if you need it.

Great intentions but not really a good teacher. She's kinda senile and cant really get ideas across to everyone.If you dont know hebrew at all, it will be a big challenge. However, she's very kind and wants to give you an A. Just follow the book (it taught me much more than she did. she drops the lowest quiz grade, also.

I love her. She is very sweet woman who really knows what she's talking about. very liberal grader. if not initially clear, ask her questions and she is always willing to elaborate until you understand. I took her last semester and this semseter and i am looking forward to continuing her classes in future semesters.

HORRIBLE TEACHER, nice woman but no teaching skills! She teaches the class as if everyone knows hebrew already which was not the case. We barely learned basic things such as counting. When someone asked a question, she barely knew how to explain it and wouldn't take the time to make sure they understood it. Don't take this class if you can help it

This class is only easy if one has a strong background in Hebrew. Although Professor Braun knew the language, she was not able to communicate it to the students, so everyone struggled with concepts that should normally take a week or so to learn.

Ms. Braun is a lady who really knows a lot about the language, and you can tell when she explains things. Homeworks took FOREVER. I thought that she was able to teach everyone, even if we were all on different levels. But if you do not have a bakcground in Hebrew, then you may have a hard time with the class. Overall, I thought she is really nice!

I was able to help kids more than the teacher. She knows what shes talking about but can not teach it very well to beginners. but you will learn something throughout som

She's a little old lady that reminds me of my grandmother. Most of the kids in my class are Jewish who have been exposed to the language before. I don't recommend it for those who aren't familiar with it unless languages come very easily to you.

Very sweet and patient lady. It helps if you're a little familiar with Hebrew before taking the class. She is getting older but can still teach capably. Drops lowest quiz grade. Is happy to do private tutoring during office hours.

she tries to teach, but her methods are from centuries ago. tries to be nice and sweet. just overall, makes the class boring. she forces you to participate and gives alot of homework. she doesn't look at the workload she is giving you before she assigns it so she wouldn't have a clue. should retire

A very bad teacher. I even corrected here once on how to say something... I would not recommend taking... Need to hire someone younger and preferably Israeli to get some good knowledge in this language.
