He is very hard to understand. You have four test that make up 90% of your grade and you get 10% for homework. he goes of on random tangents when explaining the material. if you're in this class I highly recommend finding another source to learn from. he does not explain anything about the problems and acts like you're dumb if you ask any questions

There are better options at Tech to take for math. You will come out of this class knowing calculus like the back of your hand but you will likely need to retake it to earn a better grade. Not a very understanding person. Would rather watch you struggle with complicated numbers instead of trying to test your knowledge of the concepts.

This man knows his stuff and is willing to help students who truly are trying. He proves formulas, but read over the book before/after class and you'll be fine. He requires a lot of work, and he is strict, but you WILL learn if you try. "The only way to learn Mathematics is by doing it."

Knows his stuff, but goes off on tangents unrelated to coursework. Spends excessive amounts of time on unimportant concepts, such as window sizes on TI-83 calculators- we don't need to know that stuff. Acts like he is teaching high school, not college.

He is extremely smart yet arrogant. He lowers the self esteem of the student. He gets aggrivated when someone ask questions in the class. He tries to help the student if he is in the office. He does a lot of proof. He assigns a lot of homework and feels that his class is the only class the a student is taking. His treats every student as an idiot.

The best math professor I've ever had! However, if you're the type to slack off don't bother taking his class. If you actually pay attention to his lectures and go to his office hours, you'll do extremely well. Underneath his sometimes groggy outside, he's the most caring and smartest professor I've ever had.

He right JERK if you ask him to help you. Makes you feel stupid when you ask questions in class. Not a good teacher, rude, and should be avoided at all cost. He definitely knows the material, like the back of his hand. But as far as being able to relay that material to you, not so much.

He speaks with a thick accent that is difficult to understand. He gets annoyed when you ask questions, and then he gets irate when no one knows the material. I had to teach myself by learning formulas in the book to get through the class.

He's really, really smart and definitely knows what he's talking about. He does a lot of proofs to teach the material though, which can get quite confusing. Don't slack off and stay on his good side. He's a cool guy when he's in a good mood, but stay out of his way when he's not - has some anger problems...

Despite what I had heard, this class hasn't been too bad. He does give a lot of proofs but he usually works some problems from the book as well. His tests consist of about 10 or so questions. But he gives very good partial credit; he likes to see HOW you arrived at your answer. When you go to his office, he is willing to help...a math genius!
