ok at lecture but made his exams alot tougher this year due to kids using old exams. Not that great at lecture very fast! Your going to need to give 100+ hours, i would recommend arons even though he has bad ratings, kids in arons class did alot better.

Really bad professor! His exams were extremely hard but was ok in notes, but u have to study alot more than notes, his exams were impossible, people who took arons did way better than glickmans class.

Honestly, most of us have taken physics in high school and glickman's class is way easier than high school physics. His exams are so easy but lectures are terrible. Compared to other professors, hes definitely the best. IN GERNERAL, Physics is a hard topic.

He's a great teacher! Extremely friendly and fair. He's always willing to help you. He is tough when it comes to partial credit, but if you work hard and get grades above the class average, an A is definitely possible. He tends to concentrate on what is taught in class for tests, so make sure you pay attention. Don't take anyone but him for PHY 27!

He overviews simple concepts but he wants you to understand them. If you can't understand the relationship between current and resistance by your sophomore year, you should major in literature instead

this prof is really a nice person to talk to and is really helpful..however his exams are just crazy. he allows you to have open book exams and a formula sheets which are pretty helpful but the questions themselves are tough.my class average was around a B-...but from what i heard he's the best prof to take 4 physics. good luck ppl

this guy is great for physics! he is soo easy to talk to. he wants his students to ask questions. the subject of physics is hard but he honestly tries to make the subject easier. just do all the hw problems and read the chapter before class so u know wat he's talking about. open book exams are great! i really recommend him.

Amazing guy.. He is the king of theories. I admit that if u r the person who cannot live with theories, then pls drop him and go with someone else. This guy wants u to take something with u, when u finish the class. U must have to attend every single lecture & pay CLOSE attention to him, thats the only way to get A. He allows open book in exams.

People are totally exaggerating. He is a really nice guy, really easy to talk to, really easy to come to with any concerns. People did bad on his tests because they didnt try. He is very doable. Come to class, show him you care, and have good formula sheets and youll be fine. Two quizzes are open book and midterm and final are multiple choice.

A nice and smart physicist who unfortunately cannot teachs the materials well. For the most part, you will need to learn the material on your own. He is also VERY stingy; offering little to no partial credits on tests. You will need to study hard for him to give you a good grade.

He's a nice guy but his tests are extremely extremely difficult (class average on one test? 42). If u know ur physics, take him. Otherwise, run the other way. He also teaches the ENTIRE syllabus, from START to FINISH.
