Although as easy as a college class can get, it didn't sacrifice knowledge and experience. Dr. O was a nice old man, but definitely running up in years- he can barely hear! Class was interesting most of the time with a lot of movies. You're required to go to a local elementary school and mentor, so great choice if you're elem ed.

I loved Dr. O! He handles his class very different from most professors. One of the easiest classes I have ever taken but I also learned so much about teaching and life! Take his class :)

Dr. O is a cute little old man and I agree that his class is very easy if you do what you need to do. However, be prepared because he is not always clear with his expectations so make sure to explicitly ask what he wants from you. Also, he isn't much help with tutoring situations, so go to your site coordinator or someone else if you need help.

His class was as easy as it gets for college level classes. The mentoring site was 45 minutes away from school for our class, however. Fun class.

Generally okay teacher. He has a lot of cool experiences that he will tell you about, but I think he's getting a little elderly and he didn't handle any of the problems that arose with our tutoring situation. Pretty easy class though.

So he *is* old; that means he's been everywhere and very experienced (Dean at his previous univeristy). There are _no_ exams! Read and discuss in-class, and you'll be fine. He's somewhat philosphical about education, which makes you think. Projects.
