I was a geology major at El Camino College back in 1980/1982. I had several classes with him during this time. His classes were both fun and informative, and I have nothing but the fondest memories of him and his entertaining antics. Hes the best!!!

He was an incredible teacher! I took his class with my brother. We both went on to take other courses with him and two years ago my brother earned his Masters in Geological Sciences and is a professional geologist because of Warren Hirt's knowledge, passion, wild humor, and enthusiasm. Ten years later and I'm still telling stories about that guy!
