Had Will for both 503 and part of 321. Sad to hear he's not going to be at SDSU anymore. Best Educator i've ever had. I gave him an easy rating not because tax accounting is easy, but because he makes it easy. He doesn't teach from the textbook, but he will assign problems from it.

I HATE tax! I LOVE Snyder! :) I really wish he was still teaching 321 for those of you coming into SDSU after me. His positve energy is definitely catching, what a cool guy. Knows the subject inside and out and is always willing to help. Teaching is definitely this man's calling!

AMAZING teacher. He kept you motivated, probably the only way I got through this course. He was very helpful. Hard subject naturally, but he knows that, and knows it is boring. Tries to keep it interesting. No quizzes when he teachers, just wants you to learn. HARD course overall, but Snyder definitely keeps you going and want to get through it!

Passion. Ability. Two key factors that determine your potential of becoming a great accountant. The first day Will taught, I was inspired. Besides his great teaching ability, Will is a great motivational speaker! Don't assume the class is a breeze. It's a very challenging class, but Will will make it as comprehensible as possible. Study very hard.

Readd Bob Capetti's reviews if you want a taste for the class, however Will is the light in the dark tunnel. Take the time to go to his office or to email him and ask questions. Very good teacher, and a nice guy. He makes the class interesting too. There is a lot of group work and presenting, but it's all pretty easy stuff and he always makes an effort to help you if you don't understand what you're talking about.
