I agree that he is very unsympathetic almost to the point of either being downright mean, or just doesn't care. He seems nice during class and I understood the material well, but don't bother asking him for anything cause he will just shut you down.

Assignments are incredibly easy, the paper/test are marked a lot harder. Great lectures/organization on the evolution chapters, poor for the genetics portions. The textbook is CRUCIAL for the assignments and the open-book final.

Writting is increadibly sloppy and hard to read uses to many abbreviations that no one understands. Comes late to class everyday, and lets you out late. Brilliant guy, HORRIBLE teacher. Has clear favorites in his class. Very frustrating, and goes way to fast. Extremely boring. No sense of humor

Very hard to follow. Follow the chefs hands is not a good explanation for a complex formula. Also he is not very understanding, if you need an extention on a paper or assingment because something has happened in your family he will not give it to you. Not very empathetic at all
