The 1st test was not until 2 months into the course, then it took 7 WEEKS to get grades. The 3rd test was advertised as all multiple choice. It was short answer/essay, and he wasn't there to explain why. His lectures took turns into his private business and rarely dealt with AVIATION. If this is a req'd course, a more effective prof MUST be found.

He seems knowledgeable and friendly enough, but his appearance certainly doesn't provide any clues. He looks rather unkempt and dresses thoughtlessly; it's hard see him as a professional. The textbook, "Business Law in a Cyberspace World" is an abomination to academia for many reasons and the author should be embarrassed.
