Comment:

I never had Dr. Portnoy, I avoided him like the plague! He had a BAD reputation. I had him for orals. He was one of the most difficult professors. He possessed LITTLE teaching skills. He, like Most EE faculty were good EEs, but lousy instructors. Most of them enjoyed flashing their EE knowledge with little regard for student learning.
