Comment:

He was an excellent teacher, very fun and made me want to learn more. Tests weren't too hard because he tells you what you need to know before the test. Go to class all the time because there are new signs he brings up that are not in the book. You learn a lot better by practicing in class and it's very helpful because he goes over the hw with you.

I had him for both ASL 111 and 112. His class is very fun and gets you into wanting to learn more about Deaf culture and the language itself, which made me continue to 112. The second textbook is kind of confusing but go to class and it's no problem. I passed with an A without doing the deaf culture report, but I wish I attended the events.

When i first started his class i was kinda scared because he was deaf, but he is an excellent teacher that i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. for the most part you should be there because he reviews the homework and that helps a lot for when you take the test. He's VERY funny! I love him and i cant wait to take ASL 112!!

Though Wong is deaf he is the best teacher ever .since he is deaf u learn asl very fast.he always makes sense and u can always ask him questions on paper OR my signing.he is hilarious to and let's u out early.I am taking his asl2 class next semester! I RECOMMEND!!

Good teacher. Most of the grade is based on the midterm and final. There are also little quizzes and assignements but the final is worth a whopping 40% of your grade. Keep up with class work and you will do well on them. All the material come straight from class work. I think his grading policy is harder than other teachers though.

He is very passionate about teaching. I just don't really like the text book because the vocab is not always written below the pics. The class is not hard as long as you go and understand the things practiced in class because that is what you are tested on. i love sign langauage

I loved this class. I was sad when it ended. He's a really good teacher. At the end it got a little confusing, but it was a still a lot of fun. Just as long as you attend class every session, you will do great. Some other students had difficulty, but most didn't. Take his class, it's worth it.
