Didnt learn anything this semester with this professor because class was cancelled half the time. Be prepared to read the textbook because her lectures hardly cover the material for tests. Strict no cell phone policy as well. And I hope you like group projects. Not a totally horrible professor but also not my favorite.

This was the hardest online class I have ever taken! It was quite easy, but A LOT of work!! Be prepared to write a lot of "short assignments" that are actually 3-4 pgs essay, there were three but easy topics. Final is a 10-12 pg essay. You have to incorporate a lot stuff from readings in order to get a good grade. GOODLUCK!

I took this class online over the winter term. Both her syllabus and lectures were extremely wordy. She typed the entire lecture, sometimes in two parts because it was too long for one. The syllabus mentioned dates she would post material and when things would be due, but she never managed to follow this schedule. Essay prompts were unorganized.

Didn't learn anything at all. Half the time class was canceled and the other half was spent watching movies. Easy A but there's a big group project and an 8 page minimum paper which is hard to write because she didn't teach anything

Prof. TWL was definitely very passionate. The class itself, I would not take at the same time as Freshman Comp. There is a lot of analytical essay writing (biggest essay was 8-10 pages minimum) and very in-depth prompts (4 pages at the biggest). But you are analyzing some good movies in context of the humanities, so that's a major plus.

She's a really nice lady! Class is super easy, just go to class and watch some pretty cool movies. The essays were super easy to do but the prompt are really in depth. dont slack off and you will definitely get an A. I got a 99 on the first paper, then a 95 on the midterm, and a 99 on the final. TAKE HER CLASS!

Has absolutely impossible expectations of her students in her hybrid class. Not helpful at all. You will learn nothing. Requires two 6 page papers and a 12 page final essay. Requires being VERY active on the discussion forum. Easy grader, but will stress you out to hell and back. STAY AWAY!

I took her class online during fall. I got a 98 on my final and 94 on my midterm. I never read the lectures she had. You were required to post and contribute online. I guess she liked the way I write. I got an A with little effort. Just be creative and thoughtful on your essays. She requires you to cite everything she said.I only do some.

HORRIBLE! Expects you to be able to incorporate everything she has every posted or mentioned during the entire course into essays with very brief explanations. Also, she expects you to spend 12 hours a week on moodle which is impossible for students with other classes and jobs.

This professor expects A LOT from her students. The 12 page midterm was difficult and the 20 minute presentation (final) took weeks of planning. I would probably take her again but not for such a difficult course as critical thinking. I did find the class interesting, though and the subject, too. I got a B+ with all my hard work.

I took this class online over winter session, nice teacher but the class is so demanding! im sure all winter session classes are, but essay requirements are ridiculous! you to cite every single lecture, video clip, and required reading assignment (pretty much impossible) It is an interesting class, but essay prompts dont even make sense! Stay Away!

Easiest class ever. Feels like middle school english. Didn't use the book once. Prof is very lenient on content if she likes how you write. Don't take if you're looking to learn anything. Take if you want an easy grade. Requires you attend an event and do a group presentation. Three papers and a group presentation.

The prompts are incomprehensible. Trying to find out exactly what she wants is near impossible. Take notes on everything she says because she expects you to cite from EVERY lecture EVERY class period. So take lots and lots of notes.

The only thing we do is over analyze everything. Then we watch a lot of movies that do not relate to the humanities and over analyze some more. It's a really bad class that I would not recommend.

The class itself is not hard but she does expect a lot in your papers. She does not explain what she is looking for in a paper. You have a 12 pg midterm, and two 5-7 pg papers, and a group final with a 10 pg paper along with it. If you take her class be prepared to write and write A LOT.
