Dr. Rodgers is a nice lady, no doubt. Participation is mandatory, but attendance is not... Students dropped liked flies by the end of the class since all of the lectures were ONLINE and class basically consisted of her reading off the slides. And then maybe a video and a discussion. All in all, not worth it for 9:15 in the morning.

I was so scared to take her Research Method class but I'm glad I did. She was great, somewhat helpful. Its not an easy A at all. You've to work hard & get the textbook, you will need it 'cause she barely explains, so you need to book to figure out what the heck is going on.

WORST PROFESSOR I HAVE EVER HAD AT RU!!! Avoid at ALL COSTS! She is kind and nice but a TERRIBLE TEACHER! Thought the class would be cake due to lack of material covered in lecture the EXAM WAS A NIGHTMARE!! I constantly over prep for ALL my classes she REFUSED to go over examples in class and basically passed me off to the TA who was even worse

Took Women, Culture Society and it's so easy. Do not buy the book. Everything you need to know for the exams are on the ppt's she posts and reads off during class. There's a midterm, final, and 3 projects that you can do alone or in a group. There's 1. an important part of women's history scene 2. essay 3. ppt or poster. Yeah, that easy.

Such a nice, sweet, lady. She assigns a lot of readings, but honestly, you don't have to read them. I didn't read a single page of the reader we needed and I got an A in the class. Just study her powerpoint slides for the exams. Attendance is taken, but it'll really help your grade if you go, so go. The class is def an easy A. Take her.

Prof. Rodgers is wonderful. She is extremely intelligent, kind, and inspiring. She makes this class very interesting and is an easy grader and there is no final. Take her class,do the work, easy A.

This class was supposed to be about woman and unions, she made it into an economics course. she makes slides of all the readings, but you HAVE to kno each one for the midterm and finals. she takes attendance thru participation, so there is no way u can miss class. don't take her with this class unless necessary.

she is really nice and very clear in lectures, as well as helpful in office hours or by e-mail. exams come straight from problem sets, and she gives you the answers to all the homework after you hand it in (so you study the right stuff). good class.

Yana is awesome. I was a complete idiot the first 2 weeks of school and she cut me lots of slack and let me catch up. She is a fairly easy grader when it comes to papers and the exams aren't that tough. To bad she's leaving this semester.
