ok, these reviews aren't too far off. Dr. Won is a little unorganized, and the tests can be hard. But on the other hand, she is NOT that hard to understand, and before every exam, she gives an optional review and tells you everything you need to know. It's not that hard if you go to class and study. She also gives tons of extra credit.

Everyone's posts are right on the money. A hard Lbst. She is a jerk when you ask questions. And when I was in the class, I would forget that I was i college and think I was in middle school. She treats students like children

Don't take her class! You can't understand a word she says, and although she writes notes on the board, she writes random, meaningless words. Heavy accent, but overall just a poor choice for a professor. You will not learn a thing worth remembering.

terrible! I am an A student but got a 66 on the first test. Her notes do not make any sense. Very hard tests! she treats the class like children and never answers questions right. One of her hundreds of flaws is she will write stuff on the board, ask if she can erase it and still erase when everyone says no. Dont even think about it!

If you have prior knowledge of music (music theory, band, vocal, scales, reading, etc...) you might be okay. The folks who sat around me knew nothin about music and all she did was confuse them with the way she teaches. HEAVY ACCENT. Sit as close to the front as you can to copy notes. Strict attendance, but gives MANY XTRA CREDITS

HORRIBLE TEACHER!! Attn: student, do NOT let any of your counselers tell you this is a good LBST class to fill the requirement. Take the Science/Tech/Modern Thinking with Willian Terry. Won sook is mean, strict, stupid, and the work is not worth it, for a LBST, save the hard work for real classes.

I have a 3.0 GPA, but withdrew from this class after the first test b/c the class was so hard.She is hard to understand because of her accent,has a very strict attendance policy,and does not prepare you well enough for her tests.No matter how much notes you take you will not be prepared for the test

This class was not meant to be difficult but somehow she manages to have 3/4 of the class fail or drop.This turned out to be the most difficult class I had this semester & I was taking 18 hours.She really does try!She taught on the stage in Rowe building with dry erase board.Sit in front row to see!

Wow what can i say about her. She was hard to understand and very difficult because of her attendance policy. Make sure you take notes and go to the test review days. She does know her stuff but doesn't teach it very well. not an easy class....

She is very nice and she really loves what she is teaching. I couldn't understand her. Her notes were really confusing and she is a little disorganized. The attendance policy is ridiculous and she treats the class like a bunch of jr high kids. Stay away.

She sucks. she is big on attendance but doesn't take good records. Had me marked absent days that I was there and had people with tons of absences mark there all the time and wouldn't change it. Notes she gives are so unclear. She is not ready to teach at this level. She should be fired immediately

Bad teacher, its possible to get good grades but too easy to get confused and make bad grades. It was my hardest class and I am a smart engineer and experienced trombone and guitar player and I still only made a C. Join PEP BAND instead
