Teaches calc through powerpoint...... not the clearest way to give examples. He assumes everyone covered the same exact stuff in high school and just skips over slides a lot. Tweaks marks at the end of the semester based on performance... Pro: didn't have to buy a textbook.

Some material was really hard to grasp, and he doesn't come prepared. He wasnt my favourite teacher but he's an awesome person! Very passionate and makes a lot of analogies. Tells you exactly what will be on the tests. His tests are graded by T.A's who give absolutely no partial points, but go see him if you have a problem, he's super understanding

Great prof. Tests are super straightforward. Lets you know exactly what will be covered the class before. If you have questions, see him after class. Very approachable and helpful. The exam wasnt accumulative. Which is great. Do the examples from class and homework outlined in the syllabus and youll have no trouble with the tests/exam.

Overall, he is a good prof. His PowerPoint's are short, should attend class if you want to pass. Very approachable in and out of the classroom, if you have questions, but don't want to ask in class, see him whenever.

Good prof, keeps you engaged by cracking a joke or two. Certain materials are harder to grasp but there are no surprises on tests. PowerPoints are brief, must attend class to receive the full explanation. Gives little to no homework, you must understand the examples given in class and apply the concepts to other problems.

I did horrible on all his tests, mostly bc of a lack of interest in the subject. But the exam was really easy, and brought my note up. Attending the tutorials in the morning was mandatory, so the class was 1.5 hrs, 3 times a week, and early in the morning too. He doesn't prepare his classes, so many of the ex. in my notes had mistakes.
