Instructor could not be understood during class. Blatant cheating was allowed during the midterm (no reaction after complaints to the instructor). Class is mostly group work. Large papers focus more on copying other people's work than actual thought and analysis. No consequences for bad team members.

Yes, his english is not good enough to keep you involved and his presentation skills are mediocre. But contents of presentations are excellent, gives importance on research in classes, and is very very helpful. He doesnt bother marketing himself, otheriwse people will consider him way better than others Prof's in CS & IT, which he indeed is.
