Labs are easy and textbook is not required. However, he completely forgot to give us one of the tests. Focus on the slides, if you ask what the test will be over he will tell you, study that and you will get an A

All of his tests come from what he gives for homework. If you pay attention in class it will be an absolute easy A. Be prepared though, as he can be boring for lecture. Many people would skip or not pay attention. Attendance is not mandatory for his course. All labs are extremely easy and he is willing to help out. Final lab is an easy project.

Unfortunately, the way he teaches his class is extremely boring. I found myself nodding off even with a full nights rest. However, the class is easy to pass as long as you study from the book. You'll have to make your own reading schedule since he doesn't give one, and online help from his website is limited. He's nice and knowledgeable though.

Wireless Security: Waste of time. Taught wireless concepts with heavy basis in math and the only discussion of security we even saw was the definition of WEP. I am now "dumber" for having taken the class.

I would say he is very hard, but somehow I came out with an A. His English needs work, but other than that he is very intelligent and knows his stuff. I certainly didn't think I deserved and A... have good attendence and maybe he will treat you as well

Although prof. Faruque really knows his stuff. He is very dificult to understand, he has a thick accent and speaks very softly. He is a desent teacher but you end up teaching yourself because you cant really understand what he said.
