Literally the worst prof i've ever had. He will not pass you if you don't go to class, he won't pass you if you touch a cellphone, he won't pass you if you pay attention and show up every day. You probably won't pass at all. Take another professor and you won't regret it.

Very, very strict. Don't even think about touching your phone or anything; he loves calling people out in the middle of class. He's good at explaining the material, but when I went to take the test, I was clueless.

He is alright at explaining the material. His tests are very tough. For three out of the four exams the class average was failing. He is huge on attendance. Study his powerpoint slides and what he writes on the chalkboard.

DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR!!!! He lets you think hes a nice guy UNTIL the withdraw period end. He does not care about you, your grade or your understanding of his material. when the whole class failed the test he assured us that his tests will only get harder. "You have no idea how hard your final will be. Thats a fact." Exams are extremely hard.

Was very good at explaining the material & was always open for you to come to his office hours. The tests were very tough but he lets you do some extra for some of the tests. He allows 3 skipped classes but after that u lose 30 points. 10 quizzes throughout the semester and final was NOT cumulative. Doesn't allow phones being used or even touched.

He's a tough grader, like REALLY tough. I took ECO 12 with a different professor before I took this class and still didn't understand anything. His homeworks are hard no matter how much you read the textbook / online powerpoints. His tests are 50 questions and only an hour long so i'm rushing the whole thing. Avoid this dude at all costs.

AVOID! He NEVER gets back to any emails, and on the slight chance he does, it's too late, which he could care less. He is awful at teaching the material. I took him for Microeconomics and would have to go back over the material he just taught and teach myself it. So far, he is the only B- I have gotten in college.

Prof Sraiheen is not an easy teacher. I don't think he's good at explaining the course material. Overall, the information in the course made no sense to me. He gets an attitude if you don't show up to class. He does give online homework which could help improve your grade a little.

The material is not difficult but he does not present it well. Jumps back and forth between powerpoint slides and doing his own thing on the chalkboard. His accent and grammar mistakes make him hard to understand at times. Online quizzes help to boost grade and he cares a lot about attendance. Don't use your cell phone or he will call you out.

I really hate this class. He is such a terrible teacher. He gloats about himself the whole class and just quite frankly just pisses me off. He will try to convince the class that he is a millionaire and would forget about economics. DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS.

This professor knows his subject very well. If you attend class and do what is required of you, you will pass. He gives points for attendance. He does assign homework. He will assist you if you ask for help. The textbook is required as well as access to MyEconLab. I barely used my textbook and still got an A in this class.

Hands down the WORST professor I've ever had and should come with a warning label. He posts online quizzes on D2L at random times of the day without warning. Go to his tutors because they're way better at explaining the material. If it weren't for his tutors, there is no way I would've gotten an A-.

Awesome guy! If you're majoring in economics he is one that you will want to stay in touch with! Not too hard of a class, tests can be cumbersome. Participation and Attendance are an absolute must! Pay attention and you'll get an easy A like me!

Awful. Seemed like a reasonable guy, got crazier as the semester went on. If you skip class, you will be asked to drop it. He emails you notes from class personally IF you go to class. Never posts to D2L. Randomly does online quizzes at crazy hours. Spends half of lecture ranting about "caring" about students.

He is a smart man and knows his stuff. Make sure you attend his class because he will give a completely different un-passable test to those who don't show up. He curves your grade as long as you show up. Textbook was on D2L but says he's changing that due to low test scores. If you ask him for help he's more than willing to.

If you can take another professor you should definitely do it. His class is pretty hard but he grades on a huge curve. In my class a 70 is a B. He hates people who skip class and tries pretty hard to make sure those people pay for not going to class. So if you skip class, your best bet is to take another professor.

I took this for a Micro class, before I took Macro which is unusual since Macro usually comes before Micro, but even though I didn't take Macro first I was still able to keep up with this class because the professor went at a good pace. He graded attended when I took him. Tests are either you know the material or you don't -- all multiple choice.
