I wont be taking her ever again. she goes over everything very quickly and doesn't explain anything she is going over. she then assigns HW that you are practically forced to google how to do because you have no idea how to do. She is a physics professor that turned on a video of a physics professor teaching physics. she also disappears during labs.

She made one of my lab partners cry. Makes you feel stupid. Talks on the phone during lab, rather than help students. Didn't learn much of anything in the class. Almost no feedback whatsoever. Online quizzes that reading the book doesn't help with. I googled the questions. Completely non-responsive to email.

If you have an interest in the material and wish to be challenged, take Sidibe. She doesn't make it easy on students, but if you ask for help she will certainly help. She records all of her lectures to put on canvas through panopto. I took the series with her and feel much more prepared in this area than other students at my 4 year who took it here

terribly disorganized. Schedule not followed. Lots of stuff pored on at the end. 2nd worst teacher I've ever had. Disrespectful to confused students. Don't need to read the book. Just google all the homework and quiz questions. If you add quizlet to the search, you will find the exact question more easily.

I didn't even crack the book. Everything is in the slides. Print them! All questions to exams are in there. I did great in her actual class but I didn't do the homework and that hurt my grade a lot! I went to the tutor center many times to get answers. She used to work for NASA so expect her to be on another level and not into baby physics.

There is a reason I sign up for IN CLASS courses. Online classes for math and science never will work for me. I like good lectures and examples. But in this class she uses and online program for all reading quizzes and homework. Hard to get feed back for the HW. She also does not use Canvas, I did not know my grade till they were due after finals.

The class was extremely intense and took most of my free time studying. I got a lot of useful information, it definitely prepares you for University level courses where you spend time on your own to understand the content of the class. She definitely expects a lot in the class, and expects you to expand on the topics to fully understand material.

This teacher is worthless she doesn't help at all. I tried to ask her questions and she just looked at me like I was stupid. If you get this teacher drop out immediately. It's a waste of money and time. If you are trying to go into physics find a different teacher.

I chose to go to the tutor center everyday instead of class because the instructor made everything very confusing and hard to understand. Chris one of the tutors was awesome and helped me everyday. Very nice instructor but lacks a good teaching method.

. Its easy to tell who didn't do well in the class. In truth the class is challenging but as she is an extremely knowledgeable professor.she records her lectures and leaves them online. As for the project I finished mine at the beginning of the year and she was pretty good about helping me with it.

If she is your only option, wait until next quarter. If she isn't the worst teacher on the west coast, I'd be shocked.

DO NOT TAKE HER. This teacher canceled the on campus lab without consulting the school. She still expected us to do the labs, but on our own without her help. We were expected to teach ourselves. She spent the first half of the quarter in France and the second half in Africa. She never replied to emails/questions. Awful teacher. she should be fired

has to be worst teacher CBC has ever employed. She has so much stuff going on she cant even keep track of it all and dishes out whatever kind of grade she feels like. She asks the STUDENTS to go over their work and make sure SHE graded correctly and put in your grades. She had missed putting in half the classes assignments. What a nightmare.

She means well.Very knowledgeable.Very Disorganized.Focus on the written project,do the extra credit.Even if you do well on the tests(>80) but slack on the written project your grade will be in the low Cs and that sucks

Very difficult to get past the accent. The lectures are fine if you are pursuing more advanced physics. However, they are next to usless for the tests. Start the 10 pg (only text counted) report early cause it'll be 1/4 of the grade. She's the only Phys 100 instructor at CBC, so google physics lab and know the first website by heart, key to pass

I took her online class, I didn't really learn anything. People that had her for class everyday said the same. She's hard to understand and when she explains things your more confused that before. But you'll at least pass with a C even if you still don't know anything about physics at the end. Which will most likely be the case.

I took an online class and didn't really get much out of it, she doesn't do too much for you and the overall class can be difficult because of her lack of concern and attentiveness.

Comment:
She seems disinterested in the class - which is not hard because all of her material comes from other courses/instructors. All tests/homework/etc can be found online at other schools. Her answers to direct questions are confusing and condescending. Decisions to class seem to be made on the spot without forethought or hindsight.
