Dr. Glover is very smart, but hard to listen to. He is somewhat soft spoken and monotone, but once you tune in, the stuff he says will help you pass tests.

Had him for English 1101, literally the easiest class I've ever taken. I didn't even try and I got an A in the class. All you do is write 5 paragraph essays and do journal activities. Take him if you want an easy A.

If you want to take him for ENG 4416, don't be dim; it's an upper-level English class so OF COURSE you're going to have a big paper. If you participate, the class discussions are actually fun. He has a "dad" sense of humor (puns everywhere). He's helpful and understanding, just talk to him! Overall, interesting class. I would take him again.

Some things never change. This was the worst teacher I EVER had. I love to read but this class was ridiculous. He would MAKE THINGS UP in his lectures so would take notes on the wrong things and ideas. Then when you thought he was doing you a favor by letting you use your notes, he was actually setting you up to fail with bogus notes. MUST READ

I took Dr Glover for World Lit before 1660, and not gonna lie I was really skeptical after the first day. I thought I was gonna be bored to death. Ended up loving and acing the class! You really do have to read the whole reading, every time, because he quizzes- He warns you though! His humor is great. And if you respect him, he will care about you.

I had him for World Lit and he is the worse teacher I have ever had in my life. I read an assignment 3 times before a quiz, and only made a 40 because he picks some of the most specific questions imaginable. He constantly put us in group work which I personally do not like at all. I am not happy with this teacher. I would suggest someone else

I had Dr. Glover as an English 101 professor and he was suuuper easy. He'd lecture and then you wrote a 5 paragraph essay on his lesson in class so you didn't have to deal with sources. Makes cheesy jokes and is often sarcastic towards a stupid question. Just come to class and be willing to think. He loves when you ask question.

I had Dr. glover for World Lit. He makes cheesy jokes and thinks everything is interesting but I think that keeps me from getting too bored. Honestly, I never pay attention but the tests and quizzes are NOT hard at all if you just read. Plus, he always let us out super early.

Dr. Glover thinks he is HILARIOUS, but he is not. He is completely obsessed with Moby-Dick. He does pop quizzes, a midterm, and a final. He doesn't really help you prepare for the tests, he just expects you to memorize the entire book. His class is boring and I really didn't learn anything.

I was not impressed with this teaching styles. I felt like I did not learn anything. The only thing ever assigned was papers. He gave us no feed back after he recieved our papers. Would not recommend taking his class.
