He was my favorite professor at Jewell! His classes feel more like storytime and his passion about the subject is infectious. I've learned so much in just one semester with him. I've studied at other universities as well and he is one of my top 2 favorite professors I've ever had!

By far the most engaging lecturer you will ever find. He manages to make every lecture sound like a great old fashioned story. The only professor who could ever get me engaged at 7:30. He has a great folksy since of humor, you'll be keeping a greatest hits list of his quotes. He's a genuinely nice person, and will walk 200 miles to help a student

He is one of my favorite professors from Jewell. He takes genuine interest in students'lives, and he is helpful, encouraging, and enthusiastic about teaching. He's one of the few professors I'll keep in touch with after graduation.
