Prof Kelley seems like a cool nice guy at first but he can be really picky and a stickler when it comes to grading. Little mistakes will cost you letter grades on papers. For the final he was very rude and degrading when giving feedback to me even though I had a high A in the class. Overall the class was easy but he wasnt that great of a prof

Great prof! It's set up like a high school class- 20 assignments, lowest 3 grades are dropped. Extra credit on 4 of the quizzes for knowing current events. He's very picky about making sure you spell names right and get facts correct (-35 points), but if you check your papers with him ahead of time he will give good feedback. Take him!

He is such a nice guy. He makes you work for your A but you will triumph. In Publication Design, you only need to be in class for as long as it takes you to finish the assigned project, so lots of mornings there was no class! Would recommend him to a friend

Loved this professor. No interest in media writing but he made it very doable and enjoyable. A few style quizzes, and papers. Everything is very doable, drops lowest 3 grades. Attendance not mandatory, but definitely worth it... Take this class!! He is truly passionate about his work and his students, he will always help you.

only have to go to class before new assignment, when working on project dont need to go to class, easy grader, fun projects that are interesting and you actually learn and they are something fun to do. nice and easy teacher, didn't start project until day of and told him it "deleted" and got an extra week, def recommend

Professor Kelley is amazing! I have taken him for three courses and I have learned so much! He is very detailed and very eager to help! He wants to see you do your best. If you show up to class, learn the AP style rules and do your work, you will definitely get a good grade and learn so much! Take him!

this professor is amazing! He is really easy-going and explains everything up front. Very detail oriented about the writings but all are open book open note. He drops your lowest 3 grades - easy A if you do what he asks! He is a lot of fun and interesting, take him if you can!!!

Alan Kelley is the cutest man ever! He's very lenient and understanding, and he lets you know what you need to do and study. We have in-class little papers or worksheets that help boost your grade, and he is SUCH a great teacher! Take this class, he's the nicest man ever!!
