Ray is the best professor ever. Hands-down. He makes presenting a breeze and we all feel so comfortable around each other. Made a class of buddies so we would find the fun in public speaking. I recommend this class 100%. He is very funny and jokes with us. Assignments are easy. Presentation are easy (passion, inform, how to, group) Textbook online!

Dr. Ray's lectures & stories are so funny. He makes the semester go by so quickly, and assignments are simple. The radio show is a good experience, make sure you get in a good group. It's easy to get an A on every assignments and he offers a lot of extra credit. He's funny and understanding, and I would definitely take him again.

Writing for Media was overall very easy. We had to produce weekly videos that were easy to to do as long as your team work together. At the end of the semester you have to individually produce a news package that's easy. I highly recommend him and any of his classes.

This is one of the easiest comm/film electives you can take. You develop 5-6 short videos in groups of two or three and presnet each of them in front of the class. He is a very easy grader and very helpful. One of the best comm/film professors!

By far the best professor at UOP! This guy is so down to earth and kick back. He is truly a pleasure to have for class. Easiest 'A' you'll ever get... trust me. Funny and entertaining. Radio shows are a blast! Had him for summer '06 and it was a great class. Do yourself a favor and if you need an elective, take Intro to Comm.

this man is a professor FOR the student. he teaches for US, he works for US, he is one awesome guy. he does not work for the school or their interests, but rather, for ours. Will go out of his way to make your college life a little easier. Extremely funny guy, down to earth. I have taken every class he teaches. hands down the greatest professor at Pacific. Very understanding, laid back, makes work applicable to future classes/jobs. Wants to see you succeed. I love this man.

So cool! He is so funny and easy to talk to. Not particularly hard but I felt his attitude really helped to shake the intimidation that all the equipment brings. Made you feel like you could do it and then, wow, you did! Such a fun class.

Sure fire way to an easy 'A,' however he thinks all students are dumb so he does not make you work for anything. I have not learned anything of value in his classes.
