Stemler is a great professor that really knows his stuff. His lectures are straightforward and he is always willing to answer questions. Attends labs which is helpful.Old tests are helpful to practice format,but mostly multiple choice and long answer. Classical notes helpful for diagrams study for the class and you will do fine, don't buy the book

Go to his lectures everyday. Majority of the test material comes from his lecture. Textbook is for you to go over any unclear concepts from lecture. However, his tests are still very hard. The mean is usually around 50-60%.

you can get an A in the class just by going to class everyday, take good notes, and study of course. you dont need to get the book, and his tests are so much easier than shackles and labaviches...plus he curves the mean to B-. TAKE HIM BEFORE HE RETIRES!!!
