He is a nice guy but should not be teaching anywhere, ever. He fails to return assignments. Reading material is only half-interesting but also biased. Class discussion does not exist. Class lectures consist mostly of Professor Arroyo talking about himself and his life. "Easy" but a complete waste of time and tuition.

Loved this class. His accent is very heavy and sometimes tough to understand but he's a sweetheart. As long as you read and pay attention, you can't miss an "A".

This class was ridiculous. He is a nice guy but a horrible professor. The exams were difficult and came down to guessing. Although there is a heavy curve, you are not always guaranteed a good grade. If you are looking for a class where you learn alot or simply just want an easy "A", I would NOT take this class from this professor.
