you will watch a different holocaust documentary every class period, which is very interesting, however that is the only thing you do in the class. the tests are very difficult to study for since it's based off 20 documentaries all on the same topic which is very hard to differentiate between.

The class is only out of 100 points and even if you do the readings, the 2 exams are basically impossible. You'll only pass if you participate every class & do extra credit. The entire class is taught by the students doing presentations everyday, not him. Wouldn't recommend if you ever plan on skipping.

Hes not easy to work with nor is he willing to help you. Asked him for help finding a film that was assigned for the film review and he sent me back a very rude email. Very blunt with students. Doesnt seem to really care about students. Tests are hard to study for. The documentaries were interesting, but he didnt teach anything.

Dr. Przytula was a terrible professor for COMM 275. He kept messing up on setting up the final, which caused a lot of students grief with rescheduling. The class consisted of watching a few chosen documentaries and writing about them. This was fine, but the final exam included questions about EVERY movie (which, of course, were mostly unwatched).

He mentioned this summer's session was the first time trying the COMM275 course as an online class. It was pretty easy going, until we got to the final. He had posted a VERY large document with small print, very hard to read, and the final was all about small details taken from that document. Thankfully he gave an extra credit opportunity!

Currently in the class now and the pop quizzes are impossible. You could do all the readings but then get quizzed on the most minor details out of the articles. I fear for the rest of my semester

This class was more about how to make a documentary rather than the content in the documentaries. Tests are based on the books and readings from class, as well as, the content in the documentaries. Tests are spread out and difficult to study for.

I luckily got an A in the course, I don't know how but I almost cried of joy when I saw my grade. The tests aren't as hard as some of his other ones for his other courses but the project is difficult. START IT RIGHT AWAY.

I loved this class. Honestly, it was the hardest four months I have ever had to endure in my entire life, but it was worth it. I have never gotten so much out of a course. He WILL challenge you, but leaves the option of whether you want to work or not completely up to you. I highly suggest you use his office hours and START THE PROJECT RIGHT AWAY!

This class is the backbone of PR, YOU LEARN A TON, but it's the hardest class you will EVER take! He is extremely hard and the class is really stressful. As long as you get ahead right away and go to him every week to make sure you are on track, you will do just fine. Study articles heavy for tests. Reading from text won't help much, the tests=hard

No book required but you print the readings. Really NICE GUY but his teaching style is how much you remember not what you KNOW! DO NOT TAKE IT WITH HIM! The information is dated. Overlaps with COMM432. 6pg. Extra Credit=7pts The pop quizzes and Exams are impossible. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Treats students like they are stupid and like they are nobodies. Students struggle enough the way it is and he belittle them so much. He has no people skills and is overall rude. Especially if you don't have 2 PHD's like himself....Big WOOP!

As a person, he treats you like crap and is not a people person at all. I don't need to be best friends with my Professors but he is hard on students. When students are giving presentations he will tell you to hurry up or say something snotty about the way a student is presenting. Students struggle enough.

One of the most challenging courses I've ever had in my four years of college. Peter is perhaps one of the most brilliant professors I've ever had. As long as you get your readings done and know your materials, it shouldn't be that hard. He is pretty helpful and you learn a great deal from his class.

This is a very challanging class that I feel should be worth more than 4 credits. Other users have complained about the attendance policies, workload, and studying effort; these are all valid issues, but chances are you are taking this as a senior or grad and honestly you should expect this level of a challange. Work hard and study well in advance.

His classes will make you want to switch your major. No joke. He makes you work hard for a decent grade, on the plus side- you truly learn a lot. For 434 at least. He is a tough grader though.
