The material was very hard, but he does an EXCELLENT job of teaching it. If you don't understand something though, you HAVE to ask. Not asking questions and not doing the homework is a great way to fail this class. Otherwise, he's a funny teacher who's pretty laid back. He obviously really knows the material.

Excellent teacher, the best in the physics department. EXTREMELY intelligent, knows physics cold, and is always willing to help you understand it. Just don't try to BS your way through a problem if you don't know what you're doing, he WILL catch you. Physics is hard, regardless of the teacher, but he makes it fun because he likes it so much.

Tough tests but great teacher. really cute, quarky sense of humor... made things very interesting for me! The first semester he had to put like a 30-40 point curve on every test... they were that hard. 2nd semester was much better! I almost got an A. One of my favorite profs from APSU, regardless of the tests.
