This class was really interesting. Although it starts slow, the end material is very interesting to students and relevant to today's politics. The prof is pretty funny and entertaining. Attendence is not mandatory... not too hard to keep up with the class if you miss it from time to time. The three tests are fine if you've read/gone to class.

Prof ****z is sassy and fun. If you have no interest in the subject, the readings will be difficult. She's an excellent and engaging speaker. Her boots ARE fabulous, haha, and she shows a lot if interest in her students' success. There's a lot of reading. She knows her stuff and the class is extremely interesting. Take good notes!!

I thought she was a great teacher, you can tell she is very passionate about the subject. She really tries to keep it unbiased also. She is also very helpful with questions and availability. I would definetly recomend this class, it's very interesting. The beginning is a little dry with Locke, but it eventually gets better with Marx and the 60s.

This is the worst class i have ever taken in my life. its all based on lectures. you only have three exams. each exam is hard. nothing is written down, she talks really fast and everything is so intricate its hard to understand. it seems like more than just an intro class.. WAY TOO hard for a gen ed. pick a diff polt teacher

Her political culture in the 60s class was amazing. She got to add her own stories of her favorite band, the Stones. The material we covered was always interesting and I really felt like she captured the feeling of that time and conveyed it to the class.
