Allan is a wonderful teacher...very passionate about theatre and acting, and it comes across in his lectures and methods. Very funny and fun guy; he makes the classroom environment a great one. Many students in the program would come to his class in the afternoons, even if they'd missed the morning class, just because his classes are so great! :D

Allan, is awesome! I took intro to acting with him. He's very engaged and he's laid back. Great teacher you'll learn a lot. He's very calm, and never gets angry. He's also a fine film director. He's pretty funny too and he adds so much to the class.

i love allan. i've never been in an allan-directed show, but i find he's a much stronger scene director than full show director - imo. he's easy to talk to and wants to help you be the best you can be! fun outlook. good methods. overall great guy and teacher.

I personally see Allan as more of a director than a teacher. I've never been in an Allan-directed play before, but I've seen what he can do, and he seems to have an uncanny ability to help actors understand the essence of their motives. He can be a bit out-of-it at times, but an overall good guy.
