This class was the most boring class ever! Seriously, the guy next to had to pinch himself to stay awake. Out of that entire enormous reader, she picks the dullest reading possible. She has a super strict attendance policy. I ended up dropping cuz it was boring to the point of torture. She should have retired a LONG time ago. Take Tom Call instead!

worst professor ever. I had made A's in both of my previous english classes, and barely scraped by with a C in this psycho's class. she doesn't teach, she just incessantly rambles about HERSELF!! and she makes her TA's grade papers. she gives you like one week to read a dang novel!!!! she thinks her class is SO important. she needs to be fired.

If you read what you are supposed to read, pay attention in class and put some effort into the class and your essays, then an A is easily reachable. If you know about the characters and take good notes, then the tests are easy as well. Just make sure you add a lot of detail. Dr. Phy-Olsen is a real nice and interesting lady.

Very hard!!!! Gets off topic all the time. Crazy! Her test and quizes are extremely hard. Her first quiz was 10 "concrete" identifying and 1 essay. She wants a book for every answer. You need to know every little detail for her test and quizes.

Great teacher, made class fun & interesting. We didn't just read the plays, we watched videos of plays and got to act them out, too. If you pay attention and take good notes, you should do well in her class. She'll give you extra credit for participatrion, too. I really enjoyed her style and will take her again.

Wonderful Instructor. Not easy by any means but very helpful. Loved her style of keeping class fun and interesting. Will take her class anytime. She made Shakespeare so much fun now I love Shakespeare.
