Dr. Brink is an acquired taste. He makes the class enjoyable and easy to learn. Through diligence and hard work, I have improved significantly in aural skills, largely in thanks to Dr. Brink's encouragement and inspiring work ethic. If a student wants to learn this material, I would highly recommend him for a good understanding of the material.

Dr. Brink is a very caring professor, although it may not show right away. He can be intimidating at first but is really a kind man and cares about student's well-being. Unfortunately, he can often bring ideas and topics from one class into another and confuse the students who don't take both. Be prepared to work in his class.

Dr. Brink is a fantastic professor. He really cares about the students and wants to see them succeed. Some of the ways he explains things can get confusing but he's willing to do whatever it takes to help you understand the concepts.

This was one of the more helpful classes i took in the music dept. Brink is really awesome. Not the most challenging class but i learned a lot. Plus I do love the fanny pack. He's also a really cool person to talk to outside of class even if you're not
