I took her for methods when I was a major a few years ago. I now am working on my PhD and she still remains the worst teacher that I have ever had and bad enough to come back to write this. It's not that it was hard (obviously I know how to work or I wouldn't have a MA), it's that she is full of herself and couldn't care less about teaching.

If you don't agree with her opinion she basically tells you your stupid. Her opinion is the only one that counts. If you like to have your own thoughts watch this teacher, b/c if your paper doesn't share her views you get a bad grade on it. Watch alot of videos.

The people who are slamming her are the people who just want an easy A. You have to be prepared to work in her class, but it's worth it. If you're a major, you have to take her, and by that point you should be involved enough in your degree to want to do well. She's not a snob, either, she just doesn't like slackers.

Dr. Vetter is a really demanding teacher. She comes to class with a good attitude. Come ready to work. Need to go to class. Tests are impossible if you don't go. She has a really good personality. If you are just trying to take a gen. ed class to get by i don't recommend her. Nothing comes easy, but hey its college get used to it.

This teacher loves to her herself talk, she has a PhD, and doesn't let you forget it. She can get a little snooty at points, and has us do way too many papers, and then the research paper. This class is not good for your GPA.

She is very snobby. Does not seem to care about your grade. Thought this would be an easy class but she required online discussions and essays after each video you watched and also had a 5-7 page research paper due. She is not very helpful or clear on discussions. She also talks about many subjects that have nothing to do with class.

Hard! Not fun at all. She's not very nice and she's not a very good teacher. Don't take Sociology at UCA THis was huge mistake I'm in Organic right now and I think it is much easier than her class! Be prepared to read and study a lot!

This class was the second biggest mistake I've made at UCA. All I wanted was an easy class to boost my GPA, and what did I get? A nightmare, that's what. She gives study guides but doesn't go by them, I have a 15 page (minimum) research paper due VERY soon, and "class time" should be called a "waste of time"! Very snooty too. Aaaghh!!!

I'm a senior and NEVER have I had a problem with a professor! I have a high GPA and do what I'm supposed to. This woman is so self-absorbed, writes her NAME in test questions, is too busy to talk because, "I'm too busy, my girlfriend and I are involved in too many non-profit orgs." Stay as far away from this immature Barbie wanna-be as possible!!!
