Read the capsules, get an A, plain and simple, 2 exams and 6 outside assignments in court which are very simple. Only meet 4-5 times a semester, we met at the beginning, for the midterm, to turn in the assignments, and for the final. Very simple.

I seriously don't know what's wrong with the people who said this man is excellent. I honestly cant believe he gets paid by the university. If administrators saw him teach, they would give him the boot. He doesnt teach, he literally reads the book to you for an hour and then gives you a middle-school level exam. Easy A, but a waste of education

He is a great professor- very helpful and straightforward. For lectures he reads out of the book. Make sure you know the rule of law for each case and you till do just fine on the exams. The text is great because it tells you exactly what the rule of law for each case is. This is a good class to take if you are looking for an easy one.

Very nice person, and the class is really easy if you memorize all the cases (use flash cards). But the lectures are BORING-he reads out of the book. The only learning you will do will be in your reading.

Easy teacher...easy exams, excatly from the book. Class lectures very boring. Go to class though he takes role. No trick questions on exams, only 2 exams and one final, 4 easy court case due late in semester. Nice teacher.
