This class is definitely an easy A as long as you can put up with her attitude. She thinks she is funny and tends to treat her students like you are fourth graders. Cannot wear hats and attendance is a must or she'll get angry. Ridiculously easy tests but she is probably the most annoying teacher I ever had.

Probably the easiest A I've gotten first term freshman year, she gives no written work, just read the text, and by read the text, she means know the terms, ie: credibility and fluency. The class is pretty easy as long as you memorize your speeches. The problem with Macklin is that she isn't clear alot of the time and sometimes I think she's senile. She accuses people of saying things they never said and claims she told us things weeks before that were never mentioned. All in all, take if you don't mind lack of clarity.

I absolutely hate this lady. The class was easy and so were the speeches, but prof macklin is just a terrible person. It's her way or noway, she is extremely rude and sarcastic, and she corrects people even when they give the right answer. I can't stand her, and I'm glad the class is over.

Professor Macklin makes it clear she is mean in order for the students to take the class seriously and get their money's worth. Always attend class and read all the assignments. The scantron tests are very simple. Speeches are easy if you practice. This professor is a very good. I recommend people to take her if you're can handle the pressure. A-

Sr. Macklin is really annoying and rude. Its her way or no way. Always have your book and be on time or she will mark you absent. She will kick people out of class if she doesn't like you. Overall her class is fairly easy. If you can stand her at 730 AM for an easy B or higher then take the class.

Prof. Macklin is not a easy professor. She is helpful and wanted u to work for your own grade. If you can deal with the attitude take this class the work load is not that much ! 1-2 short stories a night during the fiction portion of class but after that work become extremely light ! She is strict, but the people who are giving her negative comments are not worth taking account for. She is well worth to take to succeed in college. One of my favorite professors who is extremely knowledgeable and open-minded. You will learn. Take her class. She is not mean. She is meaningful! You will not regret taking her class. Trust me!

She is the rudest teacher i have ever met in my entire life. She picks & nags about the littlest things that arent relevant to the class. Some kid in my class was threatened w/ being kicked out of the class, because he was chewing on his pen! She babies us & talks to us like we are 2nd graders. Attendance is very important. She doesnt want you to be absent more than 3 times the whole semester. Homework like reading from the textbook is necessary if you want to know what is going on in the next class.There is a 7-10 page research paper and a 5 essay writing portfolio due at the end of the semester which is a lot of work, but you will learn
