Assign homework in class and by email all the time. Some days you will get an assignment the night before it's due by email. Yells out remaining time for all the tests and quizzes. Give pop quizzes all the time. Overall, the entire class is him assigning homework, giving quizzes, or telling us we should already know things.

Professor Tandon is nice, but I struggled a lot in Intro to the Weather. I knew I was doing poorly and asked for ways to improve my grade and he told me not to worry. I ended up with a C- when I am typically an A student. There are lots of online assignments that are tough even though open book.

worst teacher i've had. The material on the test is nothing to what he has you study. makes you nervous during the test by counting down the minutes till the test is over (he times you evertime) overall bad teacher

Awful! Tedious weather reports from online/ group activities/boring book. His power-point presentaions are death! I used to have an interest in weather (thats why I took the class)--but now I shudder to hear Cumulus nimbus.

He is arrogant and does not take the time to explain seemingly simple concepts to students. He barely made an appearance all semester, and when he did, he seemed disgusted and left the teaching to a TA that didn't speak at all, let alone speak English!
