I had Amos for two classes last semester. Got an A- in both classes. He makes the class so easy as long as you show up and do your papers which he outlines for you? I wouldn't suggest taking a 2.5 hour class with him, but he's a very educated man willing to help if needed (in the first class he tells everyone to contact his cell phone not email)

Horrible professor, it took me an entire month to have him contact me back via email, after I had to email the admin. He never showed up to our final. His class is a waste of time. We had one discussion board, 2 papers and a midterm.

I took Amos for Epi and it was fine. I went to class for literally no reason. . 2 Test. A Midterm and Final. 2 Papers to go along with those test. Currently taking his Drug in Society class and it's the biggest failure ever. AVOID TAKING HIM. This time around, he has no idea what is going on and about 75% of the class is failing.

DO NOT , I repeat DO NOT take this "professor" as your advisor. I've been emailing him and leaving messages for weeks and he has not return any of my messages. He would not lift the registration hold neither. Because of that, I was not able to register for classes that I needed for my major.

I wish that I listened to everyone here. Horrible teacher - His exams are easy, but his answer key is incorrect. I can see that I answered the question correctly based on HIS notes - but still got it wrong. So it seems like he WANTS students to get answers wrong. I have talked to other classmates with same problem. Impossible to get in contact

I get why everyone hates him cause he is unorganized and loses a lot of work, but just print out 2 copies of each assignment you do and give it to him the second he claims to have lost it. 3 assignments and 2 tests over the whole semester.. so easy. U just must do every assignment exactly the way he has them presented on BB, which is also easy.

Class was a joke. 100% online and he didn't assign or contact the class for 3 MONTHS. Then told us the next day we had a midterm and project due. No communication abilities, I had about 7 or 8 emails go ignored (which is a big issue with an ONLINE class). Easy A to take but you don't ever actually learn anything.

WORST TEACHER EVER. Going to class is completely useless but attendance is mandatory. He has absolutely no idea whats going on. He is awful at explaining things and gets frustrated when you ask questions. Not only is he the worst, but he also lost my test and blamed me for it. He was going to give me a 0 until I cried and begged him not to.

Do not take him if unless absolutely necessary. Taking him for online course, he tells us we have to take the midterm in only a three hour window on a Friday night, and he only gave us a days notice that we had to do it. He did not answer anyone email about it, ridiculous. Literally thru worst professor I've ever had.

Literally the worst teacher there is. Passing the class is 100% on you. No help from him. He sits there, reads PowerPoints provided by the book word for word, when you ask a question he just rereads the slide and pretends it answers the question. If you struggle with accents, DON'T TAKE HIM! Trying to understand what he says is a class in its own.

Get out of the class immediately if you can! You will not understand a word he says and you will want to slam your head against everything you see while you are in his class. Its an easy A if you show up but it might actually have its own layer of hell when you are in the classroom with him. Extremely rude, like I said, get out if you still can!!!!

He is a great professor, If you want to be incredibly bored, not really learn anything, can understand broken english, or if you can if you have the patience for his tardiness. He always comes to class late and takes forever to get setup, horrible with technology. if you can manage all this then yes i suggest him

Very difficult to understand. Doesn't follow syllabus. Makes things due weeks before what he says. Tests are tough but he does allow a take home and an open book.. that accounts for 2 /3 tests. I think he only cares about format, not what you write. It's as easy A class but awful teacher, he's a headache!!

literally the worst teacher I have ever had in my life. If you have a choice, DON'T TAKE HIS CLASS. He is absolutely awful with technology and we practically spend half the class trying to show him how to exit out of a browser. Also his tests seem like they would be a joke, but you actually should read the chapters for them.
